1, An abnormal pressure gauge is displayed on the touch screen?
Reason: The equipment can't put pressure in 1 minute or the remote pressure gauge is broken.
Solution: 1. Check whether the remote pressure gauge is normal. 2. Check whether the water inlet valve is open and exhaust the water pump. 3. After manually operating the water pump for 5 seconds, click on automatic operation. 4. Adjust the single pump back pump frequency to more than 20. 5. Replace the remote pressure gauge.
2. The relay in the control cabinet is on: the first 220V relay is on manually. The second relay lights up to protect against water shortage. The third relay is lit for overvoltage protection.
3. Do not stop when the set pressure is exceeded?
Reason: pump start frequency, frequency increase time, pump increase time is too high, dormancy pull-in
Solution: On the parameter read-in page, lower the pumping time setting, pumping up frequency setting, pumping up frequency setting and other parameters, and lower the overpressure protection value of the outlet pipe electrical contact pressure gauge.
4. The sedan's electrical wiring is normal and the pump's wiring is normal, but the pump will show a lack of phase on the touch screen after running for a while.
Reason: The imbalance parameter is not adjusted properly.
Solution: Adjust the imbalance parameter to the range of the ammeter outside the control cabinet (if it is a 60A ammeter, adjust it to 60).
5. The pressure displayed by the remote pressure gauge is inconsistent with the pressure displayed on the touch screen.
Cause: The cable of the remote pressure gauge is not connected correctly. Or the remote pressure gauge is broken.
Solution: Change the three wires of the remote pressure gauge until they show the same. Or replace the remote pressure gauge.
6. No-load protection is displayed on the touch screen when the device is running?
Cause: The pump is idling or lacking water
Solution: re-try the machine to exhaust the water pump or adjust the no-load current of the ABC pump to 0.
7. I want the device to run 24 hours a day or low speed when no one is using it?
Solution: On the first page of parameter reading, set [Single Pump Back Pump Frequency] to more than 20 HZ.
8. I want the equipment to stop immediately when the pressure is reached?
Solution: On the first page of parameter reading, adjust [Single Pump Back Pump Frequency] to less than 16 HZ.
9. What should I do if the equipment does not start automatically after the municipal tap water has stopped?
Reason: Air in municipal pipes.
Solution: 1. Vent the variable frequency pump. 2. Manually operate the 1 # pump, 2 # pump, and 3 # pump, and then set the equipment to automatic operation.
10. What should I do if the time-limited protection is displayed on the touch screen?
