If there is a momentary power outage, the system will be shut down. After the power supply returns to normal, it will be manually started and the system will automatically return to the initial state and start operation. The automatic frequency conversion function is the most basic function of the system. The system automatically completes the entire operation process of starting, stopping and circulating frequency conversion of multiple pumps.
4.Setting the parameters of the inverter automatic water supply equipment
The communication parameters of PLC, touch screen and inverter must be set correctly before communication. This system is defined as Modbus protocol, baud rate is 9600, data bit is 8, no parity, stop bit is 1. In addition to setting the communication parameters of the inverter, the “free stop” must be enabled to protect the motor.
5.PLC control system of variable frequency automatic water supply equipment
